Homuland

This is a rough, fast drawing of a Joke I had in mind since I read the summary of Madoka Magica The Rebellion Story in the internet, and watched a certain american TV show about a bipolar cia agent hunting a supposed terrorist. (I think I don't need to explain that. I think the title is enough information.) And the direct inspiration was ofcourse tons of Madoka Magica fanart featuring the prefix "Homu". It's mainly a silly joke and done "just for fun", to convey my idea. It's nothing serious.
